Our 1Mbps because this sure isn’t as fast as it used to be, and it is 7am… hardly anybody would be on their computers, unless everybody left utorrent on overnight..
Oh, by the way Telstra, no email, no call, you didn’t tell us the billing date was changing as your “very nice on the phone to hang up on customers” idiot told me.
Oh and you still haven’t fixed this disconnection problem, month #7 now… it’s great to be a Telstra customer..

Man you should take all your posts and e-mail them somewhere so that people can be warned about the dangers about Bigpond. A forum or something maybe?

Yes, I am putting all my calls to them onto a new website that I bought and posting on the whirlpool forums.
