Hey folks, I just wanted to say, out of the, over 10 calls we have made to Telstra in 6 months, all but TWO have been bad, one of those two has had awesome support but telstras service still sucks, unfortunatly the rep I was talking to couldn’t go the full extent and give us 9gb, she could only give us 4gb, but she tried and was nice, the other person was when we were upgrading to 25gb from 12, I don’t think there was anything bad in that call.
Anyway, I have decided that if Telstra have no respect for me/aussies/customers, why should I respect them? Now, I’m not going to “bash” (?) or say bad things about Telstra as a company, but I am going to upload the calls, I think it is my responsibility to show people what real customer support sounds like from telstra, then they can make a good decision whether to go with them, this isn’t to detract people from telstra as such, but to show them what they are getting in to, I’ve totaly given up on Telstra, less than a month after signing up they have screwed us around, its a nice welcoming, so we are probably going to cancel within the next 8 weeks.

I am still video editing some HDX content, gotta record some tutorials and also moviefy (?) the calls, I want to make it really interesting
hopefully by the end of the holidays, eg, 2 weeks or less.

Telstra constantly get it so wrong… I can’t understand how a company that has the potetntial to satisfy every customer possible just balls everything up
